Ordering Question - Do You Offer Layby?
At Apikali we offer laybys primarily for our awesome packages of cloth nappies that we have available. This is the best way to access the great prices and bonuses that are available.

At Apikali we understand that one of the issue facing parents is the up-front costs of a full-time cloth nappy system. So we are happy to offer layby for clients. This way Apikali will hold the stock you want and you pay it off over a 12 week period. Please see below for our layby terms and conditions (full details can be found in the Apikali Installment Plan Contract, which is available on request).
A minimum purchase of $200.00 is required.
Items on sale or clearance cannot be added to a layby.
A $5 non refundable administration charge is payable upon commencement of the layby to cover the costs of managing the layby.
A minimum deposit of 20% of the total value is required upon commencement of the layby. Deposit is non-refundable.
The deposit and administration charge must be paid within 3 days of your order being placed.
Layby is available for a 12 week period only.
The layby must be finalised within the specified period from the commencement date.
Weekly or Fortnightly payments are required. There is no exception to this.
All payments are made via direct deposit as advised in the Terms and Conditions Contract (sent via email once your order is placed).
Laybys can be paid out at any time within the specified period.
The products remain the property of Apikali until full payment for the whole order has been received. Once final payment has been received, your order will be dispatched within 2 business days.
If you cancel the lay-by within the specified period all monies will be returned with the exception of the initial 20% deposit and the $5 administration charge.
If on completion of the specified period, the order has not been paid in full, the items will be returned to stock and all payments made will be refunded, less the initial 20% deposit and $5 administration charge. (If you are having difficulties making payments please contact us as we are happy to come to a mutually acceptable agreement.)
No changes, swapping, removing or adding of products is allowed during the layby.
Apikali reserves the right to change the Term and Conditions of laybys at any time. Customers with existing laybys will be notified of the changes in writing either by letter or email.
Full terms and conditions are found in the Apikali Instalment Plan Contract (the Contract), which is forwarded to you on placement of the layby order. The Contract must be signed and returned before a layby will be accepted.
The layby is deemed to have commenced when Apikali receives the completed Contract, Deposit and Administration Charge within 3 working days.
