Postage - International Shipping
|Apikali is happy to ship Internationally.
We prefer you to contact us prior to ordering for a shipping quote however we are happy to send through an invoice after if that is your preference. We do not charge handling fees on shipping and we will only send via trackable delivery methods. If you choose to have your shipping invoice sent after ordering please note that we do not refund due to change of mind though we are happy to provide a store credit for the amount paid. Please note cheaper shipping is available by choosing a slower method. Please indicate your preference when inquiring.
Apikali can not be held liable for parcels lost or stolen by any postal system or for delays caused through no fault of our own. Parcels are posted and quotes for postage are given only Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) Australian Standard Queensland Time.
Apikali will not refund shipping costs on parcels returned to us. Apikali only use Australia Post Pack and Track to send parcels internationally. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they track the parcel with the tracking number Australia Post provide and are available to collect or receive the parcel at the supplied shipping address.
