How to track your order.
We will notify you of your tracking number (not applicable to Free Shipping) and courier used to send your order to you.
Please allow up 48 hours for your tracking information to be visible on their systems.
Our couriers will leave a calling card or attempt delivery on several occasions before sending your parcel back to the Apikali Warehouse. We suggest ensuring you keep note of your parcels tracking so that you are home for the delivery.
If for some reason they have been unable to successfully deliver your parcel, and Apikali is required to resend the package to you, there is a $10 re-delivery fee and your order will be sent via Australia Post again from our Apikali Warehouse.

If your order has not arrived.Oh no! Send us an email and we will find out where they are. All parcels are tracked for your security. Please advise us your name and invoice number so we can quickly find them for you.
And if your item has gone on an alternative holiday, we will work with you to find a satisfying solution.
