Ordering questions - Can I apply a discount code after completing my order?
There are lots of discounts codes available for Apikali, either available via our Weekly Delights, Facebook or offers we place in orders.
They are always changing, available for short amounts of times or are exclusive.
We are unable to apply discount codes to an order after it has been placed. There are several reasons why we are unable to accommodate this request.
1) There are conditions placed on the offers that require them to be processed through our ecommerce software. In many cases the offer can only be used once, and this is recorded by our system. We are unable to apply this condition when processed manually.
2) Due to the high volume of orders we process, the processing of discounts post orders takes a lot of time that we are unable to provide to parents in need of advice about their child. We believe this is unfair to others in our community, if we apply discounts post sale.
3) We believe it is your responsibility to ensure you have applied any eligible codes at the time of checkout. We like to offer discounts and offers at Apikali, and lots of them. The processing of discounts post orders adds up to a costly sum of time, resources and fees. We prefer to provide awesome offers than pay for someone to do admin.
4) We clearly state the terms and conditions on each offer, and we believe its ethically and fair for us to abide by those conditions for our community.
