Ordering questions - What if there is a pricing error on my order?

We, Apikali, reserve the right to amend any pricing errors displayed due to human error, computer malfunction or other reason. We, Apikali, will notify you of any error in pricing and you may elect to not purchase any Good/s where the price has been corrected.

Ok theres the legal stuff, but here is what we say: 

We work really hard to ensure our website is up to date and correct. Sometimes, and on a rare, occassion we may make a mistake or our computer system goes a bit wonky. 

We will contact you within 2 working days to advise you of the issue and to have a chat.

We are never out to deceive you or trick you. As Apikali is for the financial future of our Abigail, it would just be plain stupid and against our moral code if we did. We want you to trust us and enjoy our experience of our community at Apikali.

If there is a mistake, we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution to both of us. But please be aware that we wont put ourselves into any financial loss to the detriment of our daughters future.
