Ordering questions: Adding to or combining orders

We might be able to add to your order. We are unable to combine orders that have already been placed and are in processing. We cannot change items within an order that has already been placed, in this instance we will normally cancel an order and provide a store credit to allow you to start over.  

In order to add to your order we ask that you please contact us prior to placing an additional order so we can see where your order is and whether it is possible to add to your current order. We will then provide you with further instructions as to how to do so should it be possible. 

It really depends on where your order is and whether it has already been packed for posting (or already on the way) Please contact us as soon as possible after your initial order and we will do our very best. 

While we are happy to add to orders where circumstances allow we are unable to change items in orders that have already been placed. In this case we will normally cancel your order and offer you credit back to start over. Again this completely depends on where your order is when we receive your email requesting the change.
