Postage - within Australia

Thank you so for visiting us at Apikali, please take a minute to read our postage policies, they are a bit dull but really important 

We are always listening to you!! There are now 2 options for postage. All orders sent are tracked. If you would like it registered or signature upon delivery, which includes insurance, you have this option at checkout for $3.  Enjoy! 

 1) Flat rate of $10 if you live within Australia, from 1 January 2019.
 2) International: We welcome all international orders, we will be in contact with a separate invoice for shipping. 

 At Apikali, we aim to keep postage fair and affordable. With forever changing postage costs by our couriers or Australia Post, we are always finding the right price for us and you. 

Due to us having regular postage days and the possibility of postage delays out of our control we do not offer an Express Post service. 

We reserve the right to alter our postage charges as required.

We process majority of orders within 1 to 5 working days. However, please allow 10 to 15 business days for your order to arrive. If your parcel is going to be delayed, we will email you notification. Apikali business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. 

Once your parcel has left our premises, it is the responsibility of Australia Post or our courier. We do not accept responsibility for lost items, missing items or damaged items during transit by Australia Post or our courier. We are not obliged to replace lost, missing or damaged items. We pack all orders to ensure they will arrive at their new home safely. If you have any concerns please contact us with 2 days of receiving your order so that we may follow up with the courier or Australia Post. 

We only use Australia Post or a courier and we allow a maximum of 15 days postage time to you, or as advised by the shipping companies. We are not responsible for postage taking longer than 15 days due to a shipping company issue.

We are more than happy to answer questions regarding your order however we do not investigate the whereabouts or status of your parcel unless it is over ten business days from your purchase date.

Once your order arrives, please check its contents against your order invoice. If a mistake has been made, please contact us asap to quickly rectify it. We are unable to accept items which have been washed or used due to the personal nature of many items we sell.  

FREE POSTAGE offers: where free postage is applied to individual products, the addition of other products to your order that are NOT marked as free postage, will add the flat rate postage to your order. Free postage only offered in Australia.

Acceptance of these policies form part of your purchase agreement.
