Terms & Conditions - Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

At Apikali we would like you to be happy with your purchase.

Change of mind returns (It happens to all of us)

If you would like to return your items and your parcel has not been posted we will happily supply you with a store credit for the entire order including the postage.

If you would like to return some or all of your order once it has left us you are welcome to do and we will happily supply you with a store credit for the items returned. All postage costs are at the customers expense. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to obtain the return address. A return of merchandise form will be supplied via email and this must be included with the goods you return. The seven day return period does not include postage times and we allocate these seven days based on the day Australia Posts tracking deems the parcel delivered. Money will be returned for goods via a store credit once they have been received at the Apikali warehouse. Any items returned must be in their original unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact.   

Parcels returned must be received within 14 days from the time of our exchange via email. 

Please note, we are not lawfully required to provide a refund due to change of mind.

There are certain items which cannot be returned due to their personal nature. These are including but not limited to sanitary products, breast pads and creams or lotions that do not have a tamper proof seal.

Out Of Stock Items

When an item is out of stock and we are not able to get it in quickly we will offer an alternative. We are happy to offer a refund on the item out of stock if there is not a suitable alternative on offer. When there are other items in the cart they will be sent or if requested prior to the parcel being posted we will happily provide a store credit for the remaining value of the order including postage. 

Faulty Items

All of our cloth nappies and products are inspected before they leave our premises. We will not knowingly send out faulty cloth nappies or products. If you believe you have received a faulty cloth nappy or product, please email us immediately via our website. You must contact us as soon as possible after receiving your parcel and no more than 7 days from receipt of delivery (as per Australia Post tracking advice) 

Please be aware that each brand/company has strict return procedures and requirements. We will contact the brand on your behalf to begin discussions for you. However we will not be held liable or responsible for their final decision if a claim is made under warranty.
