Terms & Conditions - Special Orders

Special Orders Terms and Conditions

On certain products we are happy to offer our customers the opportunity to place a special order should you wish to order in bulk or in styles or colours of your preference. While we offer these items in good faith we do not always receive all the stock that we have ordered and it can be delayed because of travelling times and customs delays. Special orders are not available for items on sale. 

Prior to placing or requesting a special order please read the following:

We are not always able to provide a special order service across all brands or on all items.

We have minimum spends applicable to all special orders relating to cloth nappies. These minimum spends are waived should you be willing to wait for the next regular ordering cycle (anything from 3 weeks to three months depending on what you would like to order) The minimum spend on non-nappy related items is $100

The following are the minimum spend amounts for cloth nappy related items:

$250 minimum order for the following brands:
Rumparooz
Tots Bots
Ecoposh
Little Joey
Planetwise
Best Bottoms
Imagine
My Swim Baby
Applecheeks

For other brands there is a minimum $100 spend required to place your special order

Should you wish to place a special order please email to discuss your requirements. Should we be able to offer you a special order we will arrange an invoice for you.

All special orders must be paid in full prior to your order being accepted, we do not place any order with our supplier unless we have received payment in full.

We cannot guarantee the stock until we physically have it in our hands. If we receive a shipment that does not contain the items you have ordered we will happily refund, offer a store credit or re order. Apikali does not take any responsibility for stock not received that we have ordered in good faith.

Should a shipment be delayed due to travelling time or customs delays we will email you and advise of the delay. Apikali will not be held responsible for these shipping or customs delays.

We are happy to combine your special order with another order providing it has not been packed and finalised for postage.  You must inform us without delay prior to or after placing your new order, your new order will then be held until the stock has arrived. We will send the entire order once the special order stock has arrived and inform you of the impending delivery.

Should we receive a short order of a new style or print and there are many customers with special orders the new stock will be allocated according to sequence of orders received.

By placing a special orders with Apikali you are indicating that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
