  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

  • Basic postage charges include careful packing in satchels or boxes with tracking numbers supplied. Express post, sign on delivery & insurance is available at additional cost. Apikali is not liable for damaged or lost parcels or items where insurance and/or signed delivery is not applied. We process majority of orders within 1 to 2 working days. However, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your eco living selection to arrive. If your parcel is going to be delayed, we will email you notification. Apikali business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. 
  • It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure that items purchased are used for their proper purpose and manner.
  • We respect your privacy rights, our privacy policy can be seen in the above link to all our policies.
  • Weights/age suggestions listed on products should be used as a guide only. Apikali are not responsible for items not fitting well regardless of the suggested suitability on any listing. We are always happy to provide measurements on request to ensure a correct size.
  • Apikali provides a change of mind return policy as a courtesy. Change of mind returns include items that are of an incorrect fit. Postage on change of mind returns are the responsibility of the consumer; refunds are not given, money paid is only returned via store credit minus postage. Items returned must be in their original unwashed condition, all tags and packaging intact and returned within 14 days of receiving.
  • Change of mind on orders not yet posted are accepted, money is returned as a store credit only including postage.
  • International orders cancelled due to postage charges are refunded via the original payment method minus a 10% restocking fee of the entire order.  
  • Apikali are not responsible for differences in colour, different monitors and calibration can display different results. Prints and print placement can change from batch to batch so may not match exactly what is seen. Sizing of wipes, nappies and accessories can vary by up to ten percent from batch to batch. Apikali will not refund or pay postage on returns such as these however they will be subject to our change of mind policy when a customer wishes to return them.
