There is something wrong with my order, what do I do now?

Firstly if we have made a mistake or there is something wrong with one of your items we are very sorry. 

Though we work very hard and have procedures in place so this does not happen, we are human and so errors can occasionally occur.   

Should you have an error with your order, a problem with one of your items or you just don’t like it and would like to return it please contact us. We must receive contact strictly within seven (7) days of the delivery (as per Australia Post tracking advice) Should you contact us outside of this time period we will be unable to help. This is not applicable if it is a warranty issue.

Once you have been authorised by us to return the item/s we will either send paid postage to you or supply you with details to send the item/s back to us. We must receive the parcel back to us within fourteen (14) days of our email. Please see our refunds, returns and exchanges policy for more information regarding all returns.    

When contacting us please supply us with your order number and the error or problem with your order so we can rectify it as soon as possible.
